View Full Version : SEO Review - Optimized Insurance Site
I'd appreciate a review of http://www.pacificprime.com. The site has been optimized for a while, I'm sure it can use quite a bit of work especially in landing page and design. Don't be afraid to be harsh critic!

The first thing I noticed was that if I type in http://pacificprime.com it takes me to a 403 error page. Apparently your http: and www versions are not redirecting to the same page.

My initial observations are that it has a good clean design, good content, seo friendly links, and a PR 5. The PR 5 tells me that you have been doing some good link building. Your titles are optimized and don't look spammy. You have good meta descriptions that are not KW stuffed or spammy.
I noticed you have your analytics code at the top of your page. Google now recommends placing the tracking code right before the closing body tag. I don't think it makes any difference where it is.
I think it looks good. Where do you think you might be lacking in site optimization?

The site has a nice clean design
and it seems that SEO wise is not lacking either.
Only suggestion would be for the layout to be center horizontally
I don't usually like one side aligned layout because with the big screen monitors now a days
it will not look right !!

Thats certainly not good. I think it has something to do with changes to our .htaccess a few days ago to accommodate a new affiliate program we've setup. Thanks a lot for bringing this to my attention!

We've scheduled a redesign sometime late this year.
